HRC's Equality Convention: San Antonio Well-Represented

San Antonio Steering Committee members travelled to Washington DC for HRC's Equality Convention. Darrell, Gayl, Elizabeth, Chad, and Brandon visited law makers and enjoyed informative sessions with HRC staff. And, the San Antonio Steering Committee proudly brought home HRC's award for Best Federal Club Event. Thank you HRC National!

Help Elect Fair Minded Candidates and Remember to Vote on Nov 4th
Posted on Monday October 20, 2008| Get out and vote! November 4th is the day to make your voice heard. This is the year for fair-minded leadersip. This is the year for LGBT equality.

Before Election Day:
- Remind your friends to vote with a little help from HRC!
- Volunteer!
Candidates who see you working for them will know that they need to work for you; just head over to the campaign office of a candidate you support. Whether you have a day, an afternoon, or an hour, it will make all the difference in the world. Don't forget to wear your HRC gear so they know their LGBT consitiuents are behind them.
- VOTE!
- Then make sure your friends, family, and co-workers do the same. Offer to take them with you if they need a ride.
- Learn about voting in TX.
- Find your local polling place.
- Read more about the candidates and issues that HRC supports.
